Main Ingredients:

- 太子參 (Radix Pseudostellariae ) 15g

- 蟲草花 (Cordyceps Flower) 30g

- 红枣 (Red Date) 15g

- 芡實 (Fox Nut) 25g

- 薏米 (Job’s Tear) 20g

- 蜜棗 (Candied Dates) 30g

- 百合 (Lily Root Bulb) 15g

- 茯苓粒 (Cubed Poria) 15g

Directions:

Step 1: Wash all ingredients. Optional: Blanch and add chicken (not included).

Step 2: With all the ingredients in a stockpot, add 4-5 slices of ginger (not included), add 1.5 liters (6 1/3 cups) of water, and heat on high until boiling.

Step 3: Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 1 hour.

Step 4: Add 1 tablespoon of rice wine on high heat for 3-5 minutes, season with salt.
