Main Ingredients:

Lalang Grass (白茅根), Bamboo Cane (竹蔗干), Dried Pear Slice (雪梨片), Fig (無花果), Lily Root (百合), Crystal Sugar (冰糖).

Directions:

Step 1: Soak all ingredients with warm water for 30 minutes.

Step 2: With all the ingredients in a stockpot, add 500ml (17 oz) of water and heat on high until boiling.

Step 3: Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 1 hour. Add sugar to sweeten the taste (Included).
