Delivery Information

 

1. Domestic Shipping Only

BioHulk.com ships within the United States only. Due to strict customs regulations in many countries regarding herbal supplements, vitamins, and traditional medicine products, we do not offer international shipping.

Orders placed with non‑U.S. addresses, freight forwarders, or reshipping services will be automatically canceled.

 

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Processing time may be extended during peak seasons or promotional events.

 

3. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

These are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier information

  • Link to track your package

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

5. Delivery Issues

BioHulk.com and IS Trading LLC are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen events

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not located by the customer

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

If a package is lost in transit (not delivered), please contact us so we can assist with a carrier investigation.

 

6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

Packages returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Failure to pick up from carrier

  • Incomplete address

may be refunded minus shipping costs once received back at our facility.

 

7. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • International destinations

  • Freight forwarding companies

  • P.O. Boxes for certain oversized items (depending on carrier restrictions)

Some products may have additional restrictions based on state regulations.
